I just want to let everybody know that we are not taking on any new members and we are NOT open to the public. Although, I’ve made several post about moving the gym out in the county. I only had two people that was interested and that certainly wasn’t enough to pay the utilities. Sorry, I should’ve made this post weeks ago but I have been down with health issues. Feel free to share.

Keep in mind our gym is still open. But we have moved to the southeast part of the county. Sorry it’s further to drive but if you’re looking for a place for some alone time and a good workout, we are your place. If interested in joining our gym family give us a call.
Remember working out is longevity to a better and more productive life.

I’d like to thank everyone that’s been a part of our little gym here in Sheridan for the past 7 years and 9 months.
BUT, as of this Friday the 30th of August we will be moving out in the county at least till the first of 2025. Anyone interested in staying with us is more than welcome. And I’ll shoot you the new address by call or text. Hopefully by 2025 we will have a new facility just passed the Dollar General south of town.
Those of you that don’t wish to come and have paid in advance let me know and I will gladly refund what is owed to you. I know there’s at least two of you. Thank you for many years of loyalty and I hope you stay but totally understand if you don’t want to make the drive out in the county. I would like to apologize for such short notice but that’s what I got so I’m passing it on.
