Our modified Lady Timberwolves continued their stellar play on Thursday as each team picked up victories over Waterville.

Sherburne-Earlville Modified 8th Grade Girls Basketball does it again! 💪🏀

For the second game in a row, the Timberwolves overcame a halftime deficit to earn a hard-fought win over Waterville, 29–20.

SE trailed 16–8 at the half but came out in the third and fourth quarters locked in and determined. The girls delivered a dominant defensive performance, holding Waterville to just four points in the entire second half.

Leading the charge offensively was Natalie Eichler, pouring in all 13 of her points in the second half when S-E needed them most. Bailey Hackett added six of her 10 points after halftime, stepping up in big moments once again.

Izzy Green tied her season-high with 4 points while continuing to play outstanding defense, and Jasmin Romanowski added 3 key points.

Jayda Spratley and Mykala Harvey were relentless on the defensive end, helping keep the game within reach early and setting the tone for the comeback.

Coach Eric Reinhardt stated “I am proud of this team’s grit, growth, and belief in one another. When they lock in defensively and play for each other, they are tough to beat.”

The S-E 7th grade Lady Timberwolves continued their winning streak (8-0) with a 38-5 win over Waterville tonight.

Bella Whorrall had 17 points on the night, followed by the Big Dawg Player of the game, Hannah Reinhardt with 10 points. Hannah was aggressive on the boards with 8 rebounds, 5 steala, and on the floor for almost every loose ball tonight.

Great job ladies!

Let’s keep building. 🐺🔥

Our JV Lady Timberwolves closed out their season on Friday night with a hard-fought 36-19 loss to a Camden team that entered with a 13-1 record.

Class A Camden’s only loss of the season was to S-E earlier in the season.

Grace Tackabury, the Big Dawg Player of the Game, led the charge with 9 points and 3 steals and played stellar defense.

Kamrynn Hill added 6 points and 5 rebounds.

Fellow 8th grader Charlotte Young, who averaged 16 points and 12.8 rebounds per game this season, battled through a nagging injury to lead the team with 13 rebounds.

This year’s JV squad, one of the youngest in the section, finished with an 11-8 record.

Congrats to Coach Tackabury and her girls on an outstanding 2025-2026 campaign.
