💃ROLL HOLDING HEELS: Continuing the theme of deeper core in honor of the Scorpio season, this is an advanced version of a Pilates classic move. Not for everybody, since it involves deep spine flexion. Engaging abs deeper is key for the balance on sit bones. Try it. Be playful😃
🌱BOK CHOY: This Chinese cabbage is full of fiber, vitamins A & C, minerals. AND as a dark leaf veggie, packed with antioxidants (think cancer prevention). I like to eat it as in the pic, in a ramen noodle soup 🍜 Great way to diversify our diets.
😎CHILL DAY: I caught myself last Saturday scheduling my time off. As when to meditate, have breakfast, walk the dog…had to halt my mind and say NO. Then I was truly able to chill and rest. From all of it! A real rest day is not only a break for the body, but for the mind too!
