When you come to the gym on the days you REALLY don’t want to come to the gym…that’s where discipline is created. That’s where mastery is created. That’s where you choose yourself and your health over the emotions you are experiencing for the day.

Motivation will only take you so far. You will never be 100% motivated all the time.

That’s when you create a routine, a pattern, a behavior, that allows you to not think, and just do. Especially on the hard days.
