Ebb & Flow community has been supporting Potomac Conservancy for the month of May and June with Monday 6pm Flow Yoga in Shepherdstown. They generously sent us fun stickers to show our river support!

Class is offered weekly and all proceeds support local and regional organizations. “We believe adventure can be mindful and self care is community service.” Join us before June ends!
