SCHEDULE UPDATE

As some of you may have seen, August 16th we were planning to head home to California and run Petaluma Pseedway for the Soares Classic with the Hunt Series. Unfortunately it is not financially feasible to make this trip for a one day show.

With that being said we had added a couple shows, hoping to increase our show count still.

We will now be throwing the wings back on and running Electric City Speedway August 16th with the Alberta Extreme Sprints.

Also we are currently pre entered to run the North Dakota Non-Wing Nationals at Devils Lake Speedway August 30th and 31st.

Some might ask why we chose to skip California and instead race in North Dakota. Well the answer is simple. Travel roughly the same amount of miles and time and run one show, or two shows? We went with two shows as we feel strongly we can make both features which increases start money. This isnt set in stone as it will also be a decent anoubt of money ti make.

We have already started looking at possible shows for next season and hope when we release our schedule it will be 100% concrete.

We would like to give a huge shoutout to Cody Fox, Randy Fark, and Performance Battery Solutions as they made the trip to Great Falls this weekend a possibility.

We also would like to thank the rest of our 2025 Partners and supporters who made the entire season possible.

After the dreaded rain 🌧️ ruined our last feature, we are back this weekend! Make sure you check out the first ever topless tango -Friday night we’re gonna have wings on these bad fast race cars and we’re gonna rip FULLY DELETE them on Saturday night!

Not a terrible weekend, but not the greatest. Friday night was the first race with my crew chief Lorenzo back on the wrenches this season. With the Frontier Region being there, they had time trials (qualifying) and so after their hot laps and trials the track had pretty much gone away for the heat races. Was not good at all for the heat and had to pretty much stick to the bottom as I couldn’t get a drive off exit in either corner of the track. With the invert started 3rd, off the bat the car didn’t feel too great, definitely fought it most of the night and had too many mistakes on the driver end. Somehow managed to salvage a 4th place finish in the night.

Saturday with weather not being on our side the track tried to push through the classes to get the show done before rain hit. Heat race started 5th, felt like i was still battling the car but ended up driving it to a 2nd place finish. I let lorenzo kinda have free rein on setup for the feature as i wanted to see where he was at as far as knowledge. No i dont know everything myself nor am i the best teacher but he has a solid understanding and i thought we would have a competitive car for the feature. Unfortunately the wingless class did not get our feature off as rain hit as soon as we pushed off.

We now sit 2nd in points and look to continue the consistency we’ve had so far. Next race is a non points deal with wings for one night.

What a weekend at Big Sky Speedway!
Friday night was 🔥—we parked it in victory lane and felt like everything clicked. Saturday, we missed the setup just a bit, but that’s racing. I would also like to take a minute to thank Big Sky Speedway for allowing me to run memorial laps for my dad at intermission! Still, a solid weekend overall with a ton of great moments and momentum to build on.

Huge thanks to the crew, the fans, and everyone who makes this possible. We’ll regroup, fine-tune, and come back swinging harder than ever. 💪🏁

🏁 Opening Night is HERE! 🏁

It’s finally go time for Jake DeWitt Racing as we kick off the 2025 season under the lights at Big Sky Speedway! Months of hard work, long nights, and dedication have all led to this moment—and none of it would be possible without the incredible support behind the scenes.

To our supporters, marketing partners, and sponsors—thank you. Your belief in this team fuels everything we do, and tonight we hit the track not just to race, but to represent all of YOU.

Shirts are done, and surprise we did a small run of hats! Will be available trackside at my trailer starting May 16th. Shirts are $25 and hats are $35. Not available to ship yet, we’re going to let the local fans get first shot at them. Sizes Small-4XL available. The shirts are Gildan brand, good lightweight material. Recommend wash cold and ait dry or size up if needed. Hats are Richardson 112 snapbacks. If there’s enough interest we WILL be doing a pre order for hoodies. Thanks again to NK15 Graphics for the shirt designs, and JJM Performance for getting them and the hats printed.
