It’s September 1st for the Class of 2028 recruits!

Today marks the first day college softball coaches can begin contacting many players in the class of 2028.

For some athletes, today will bring calls and dreams beginning to unfold.

For others, today might feel quiet. If that’s you, don’t let silence make you question your value.

Run your race.
Don’t compare.

It’s okay to step away from social media today, this week, month, or even year- if that’s what your heart needs.

Hebrews 12:1 reminds us, Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, for you!

Keep showing up, keep growing, keep trusting.

The right opportunity in the right time is worth waiting for. You’re not behind. Keep your eyes on Him, trust the process, and know that He is writing a story greater than you can imagine. His ways are highest!

For the last two weeks, my girls have been learning how to create AND transfer power!

We’ve been breaking down the Anterior Oblique Sling (AOS) and Posterior Oblique Sling (POS) and learning how these systems connect the upper and lower body during the pitching motion.

The goal isn’t just to get stronger. It’s to teach the body to work together so we can create force, transfer it efficiently, and ultimately deliver more power to the ball.

Understand the body. Train the system. Transfer the power. 🔥
