After a long 2 days of "sprinting" in the afternoon, night, and morning,...the "NWRA Labor Day DirtCross" has cone to an end. Good sound driving, coaching, fun, mentoring, nerves, fatigue, and adrenaline brought us to the following:

Holden - Modified RWD: 6th Place

Chad - Modified FWD: 1st Place

Holden got to find his groove in the new car and continued at chipping away to moving up the ranks in his class through smooth and mature driving & tactics.

Chad started out with a large lead going into Day 2, but was constantly pushed by Mod FWD New Sensation, Sama, to keep things tidy while keeping the Focus ST surviving for each & every run, as things got rough out there.

Thank you to friends, The "Bayze Duo" for joining in the fun on Day 1, and to NWRA for putting on another top tier event!

The CBKB Rally Team after many patient years, is entering a second team car. "Holden Berg" will be driving this 1987 Volvo 244 in the Modified Rear Wheel Drive(Mod RWD) class representing our family Brand! This car was originally built by Hunter Stopenhagen and has been competitive in its class over the last few years.
We look forward to competing in the next round of the NWRA RallyCross Series at Hannegan Motorsports Park in Bellingham, WA("Labor Day DirtCross") with both cars this weekend (Sept. 5&6). Stop by and say hello!

"RALLYCROSS FEST 2026"

We went into Sunday 6 seconds out of 3rd Place. The plan was to chip away a couple seconds each run, and hope that 2nd & 3rd positioned drivers might Crack under pressure/make mistakes while trying to out position eachother. After the first run, we pulled 2 seconds back on 3rd position. On the next run we pulled within .10/second of 3rd place, as that rider began to make mistakes as predicted. On the 3rd and final run, we FLEW through the course clean with the fastest time of anyone in our class, which snuck us onto the Podium by 2.7 seconds. The day two plan was perfect and it worked out! Thank you to our Friends & Family that came out to cheer us on and have fun! A Big Shout out to "Sebi" Dunham for sitting in as Co-Driver on Sunday! Not a bad job for a first event 12 year old! Thanks Sebi!

Day 1 of 2 is done at 2026 RallyCross Fest in Snoqualmie. After 4 runs, we currently are sitting in 4th place. We are getting the speed and finding the flow, but a few guys are just doing it a little bit faster. We will run on a different course tomorrow, and hope to get some gains and make the podium. Teriyaki take out, ice tea, and "chilling out" back at the hotel feels good, and we appreciate the Friends and Family whom came out to cheer us on today!

We just got registered for NWRA RX #3/"The June Jamboree" in Albany, OR.
This is one of our favorite stops on the Northwest RallyCross circuit, and always proves to be more challenging than expected!
We are currently in 2nd place for Championship points, and hope to have a good event. Well, let's get ready for Oregon in Albany on June 20th!

EVENT: Spokane Showdown/NWRA #2

DATE: May 3, 2026

RESULT: 2nd Place

Despite the great tire selection of "All Seasons" on a 80% Tarmac/Gravel course at the Qlipse' RaceWay in Airway Heights, WA, all we could muster was 2nd Place against the 2026 NWRA Chamion Kyle Barrett. Kyle owned it, and we owned the rest you could say.
