This is normally the time that New Years Resolutions start to fade and become a distant memory, if fitness/exercise/keeping active/maintaining health, etc is on your list, don't give up! These hour long classes a few days a week don't take much time out of your overall day and provide many mental health benefits along with physical, both of which are so important these days.

One Week Away!! Who’s excited?! We are going to have such a fun class celebrating 10 years!! 🎉 We have two awesome guest instructors, Becki Jones and Erin Gallagher 😊
All the proceeds from this class will benefit Broadway Cares Emergency Covid-19 Fund and matched by my mother.

Happy 2021 everyone! 2020 was a tough year for all of us, but luckily we had Zumba® to help us through! With numbers looking and feeling a little scary for many right now, going into the gym can seem like a daunting idea. That’s why we have virtual classes to get through 2021 too!
