!!!Holiday Hours Alert!!! On Thanksgiving Thursday and on Friday 11/26 we will be having only one class at 9:30am. Saturday 11/27 we are closed, but you are welcome to join the 10am class at Shelton Athletics and/or you can join in the beer mile they are holding at 11am!

We are so excited to announce the merger of Shelton Athletics and Swagg Athletics. Together we will be able to grow our amazing community even more and will be able to expand into the youth market even further. The exciting things coming to the Shelton market are endless. We can’t wait to throw down with old friends and also make some new ones. Better stronger together.

Partner Chad today in honor of Veteran’s Day this week! 1000 weighted step ups for time - in honor of Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson who took his life on October 29, 2018 due to the effects of numerous deployments, several TBIs, blast wave injuries and PTSD.
