Last week, we were living it up on vacation, indulging in all the delicious food and drinks without a care in the world. 🍹
Most days, we managed to clock in over 10k steps, and squeezed in 1-2 days of resistance training. πŸ’ͺ

But here’s the truth: you can’t out-train a bad diet. 🚫

Nutrition is 80% of reaching your goals, and I knew I had to get back on track. πŸ₯—
So what did I do when I returned? I hit the ground running with my normal macro tracking and training schedule. πŸ’₯

Did I feel like starting up again? Heck no!

I wanted to stay in vacation mode a little longer. πŸ–οΈ But hey, I’ve got goals to crush, and now it’s time to chase them with everything I’ve got. πŸ’―
