The Body Shop Fitness Centers Fitness Center Fully equipped fitness center. Cardio deck has a view of big screen TVs. What can u expect in the garage?

Cardio equipment include Ellipticals, Treadmills, Stationary Bikes, Recumbent Bikes, Stair Stepper, and Upper Body Ergometer

The main strength training area has a wide variety of cable machines also features free weights, dumbbells up to 80lbs in Spooner and 150lbs in Shell Lake, stretching area and resistance band training area. In Shell Lake The "Garage" is exactly that, an old school lifting

area with specialized equipment for all. Louder rock music, steel and cement walls and a lot of working out. The "Garage" houses a variety of equipment like; double half rack with dead lift platforms with built in adjustable chin-up station, dip stations and ability to use resistance bands and chains in movements, Cardio ropes, bandit loops, variety of heavy bags, adjustable cable cross over station, tractor & large tires for sledge hammer work and tire flips, dumbbells up to 150lbs.
