Hey Table Rockin' Yoga yogis! Let's support the church that makes it possible for us to meet and keeps our costs low. CCUMC is collecting paper products for agencies that help those in our community. I've got the paper towels covered. Bring your TP or tissue (see details below) to class by Thursday, July 23rd, and I'll get the packages together and to the church. Thanks!

It gets fresh blood flowing to your brain and organs. This helps your body wash out toxins. It also stretches tense muscles and calms your stomach.

Just sayin' we have "Relax and Renew" Saturday morning, between the nights of July 4th festivities! (BTW, I do not own this picture)
