YMCA cross country is an organization that promotes physical fitness. Fitness is achieved through training and racing in the sport of cross country running. The aim is to develop our runners through the YMCA principles of spirit, mind, and body. We want to compete at a high level while maintaining our Christian values.

Attention Parents/Runners There will be a meeting at the NE YMCA on January 8th at 7pm. This will be an informational meeting about the 2013 Track/Winter Training Program. Its a great opportunity to continue the kids training and get them into some really good track meets. Come out and see Coach Jeff Sinclair on Tuesday Jan 8th!
