If you are looking for healthy sustainable fitness options for you kid/teen and yourself- we have options.
Finding fitness options outside of organized sports locally can be challenging, especially things that challenge your teen or provide something different.
If you are a parent interested in working out with your kid or teen and making fitness a family activity while maximizing the limited free time you have we have some options for you:
* Join your kid in the kids class and workout together
*Workout on Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30pm with your teen
* Join as a family membership to have options
* Join as an open gym member with your kid/teen and have some flexibility in when your workouts take place.
**Open gym memberships require the parent to be present while the kid/teen is working out.**
