Our Christmas lift party is almost a week away! Raffle tickets are now available for purchase at the front desk! $20 gets you into our lift competition and for the opportunity to win some of our apparel, free memberships, gift cards and more!!! Please consider donating even if you won’t make it to the party. All money raised will be matched and donated to Bethel Colony of Mercy! Let’s lift heavy for a good cause!!

It’s time Lab fam!!! OUR 2025 CHRISTMAS LIFT PARTY!!
December 13th, 10am-1pm (wear your Christmas clothes!!)

•$20 gets you into all our competition categories & to be put into our raffles for some goodies!! ALL proceeds will be matched by the gym and donated to Bethel Colony of Mercy, a christian based addiction treatment center.

•winners of each category will receive 1 month free membership.

•come lift, donate some of your extra cash & come hungry! We are roasting a pig to feed yall!!

•Competition categories are going to include squat bench deadlift push ups pull ups EZ curl bar & more..

We hope you guys enjoy this fun way of giving back!! If you aren’t able to make this event & would still like to donate reach out to us & we can let vou know how!
