Cub Scout Pack 402 - Shelby, North Carolina We work hard to provide the young people of the community a chance to learn new skills, enjoy nature, and to help others.

We are currently restructuring the program to include more fun trips and new learning experiences including:

Campouts
Sporting Events
Day Camps
Educational and Informational Trips

Please note: if Cleveland County Schools are out due to a holiday, workday, or inclement weather, we will not meet that night.

I wanted to share a proud Cubmaster moment…As most of Cleveland County and the surrounding area knows, Shelby High School and Crest High School won state football championships in their respective divisions yesterday. Congratulations to both athletic programs! Here’s what you probably don’t know! Both teams had a former Pack 402 cub scout on them! And both of those young men earned their Arrow of Light! As their Cubmaster, it is very exciting to see your scouts “Doing their best!” on the football field! Congrats Taveon & Preston! Keep up the good work!
