We were glad to host the first ever Shelby High School Varsity Girls Golf WMC Rivers Conference Jamboree day! 💟 Congrats to the North Muskegon team for taking first with a total of 179; the Shelby team came in second place with a total of 222. And Shelby Tiger Kadence Blohm took third overall shooting a 47!

That’s a wrap on Tuesday Night Men’s League! Congrats to the winning team of Phil Thomson and Travis Acuna, and additional congratulations to Travis Acuna for finishing as first place individual. 👏🏆 We appreciate you all spending your Tuesday nights with us!

And a major shoutout to Paul Cutter and Tim Collins for volunteering to make tonight’s Fun Night dinner. It was delicious, and we appreciate you putting in the extra time and effort to make the season-finale special for everyone!

As another school year gets underway, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank the amazing students who have spent their summer working hard and being an important part of the Oceana Golf Club team! 📚⛳

We’re so proud of each of you and all the time, energy, and dedication you’ve given us this season. Now it’s time to cheer you on as you head back to the classroom... and, for many of you, back to the field, course or court, too!

Join us in celebrating . . . . .

Alayna: She starts her dental hygiene program at Ferris this fall while also serving as an active member of the Navy Reserve. A hardworking and valued member of both our cart barn and pro shop teams!

Bode: Wrapping up his first season with the Oceana team, he has been putting in the work both in the pro shop and cart barn. A recent high school graduate with a year of college credit already under his belt, he’s heading into his second year of college this fall!

Jaedyn: While still helping us out in the cart barn, she also took on her first season inside the pro shop and did a fantastic job. She’s heading back to high school as a senior this fall and will also be part of the new Shelby Girls Golf Team!

Lily: A familiar face in our cart barn, she has been a dependable part of the Oceana team. She’s heading back to high school and getting ready for her cheer seasons at Shelby!

Morgan: Heading into her senior year of college at Calvin, she has been an incredible asset to our team, helping wherever she’s needed across the pro shop, events, and cart barn!

Paige: New to Oceana this year, she has jumped right in and become part of the cart barn team. She’s heading back to high school this fall and playing for the Whitehall golf team!

Parker: A key part of our cart barn team, he has worked hard all summer to help keep things running smoothly. Now he’s heading back to high school and already hitting the trails with the Shelby Cross Country team this fall!

Peyton: New to our Oceana cart barn team this season, she has been a great addition to the crew. She’s heading back to high school at Shelby and trading the golf course for the volleyball court this fall!

️Thank you all for your hard work, positive attitudes, and everything you’ve contributed to the club this summer. We’ll miss having you around as much, but we’re excited to watch you take on another school year and all that comes with it! Good luck!

The best way to start a round is with a few practice swings! 🏌️

Whether you’re warming up before your tee time, working on a new swing, or just looking to knock a few balls around, our practice range is here for you from when the clubhouse opens to one hour before the clubhouse closes.

Rent a bucket from the pro shop, pick your targets, and enjoy some time on the range before heading out to the course!
