Our competitive athletes are in the gym and hard at work as they begin preparing for another exciting season. From building strength and perfecting fundamentals to learning new skills and setting goals, summer is where the foundation for success is built.

We are so proud of the dedication, work ethic, and positive attitudes our gymnasts bring each day. Their commitment during these summer months is what helps them continue to grow—not only as athletes, but as confident, resilient young people.

🌟 A New Journey Begins! 🌟

This week marked the official start of training for our very first Shooting Stars Competitive Team! ⭐️❤️🤍⭕️

We are so excited to welcome these incredible athletes as they begin their competitive gymnastics journey. The Shooting Stars program was created to provide young gymnasts with an opportunity to experience the joy of competition while building confidence, friendships, work ethic, and a lifelong love for the sport.

Over the coming months, these athletes will learn what it means to set goals, overcome challenges, support one another, and grow both inside and outside of the gym. We know this is just the beginning of something very special!

A huge congratulations to all of our Shooting Stars athletes and families. Thank you for trusting Olympia Gymnastics Academy to be part of this exciting chapter. We cannot wait to watch these gymnasts shine! ✨

This weekend, five dedicated members of the Olympia Gymnastics Academy leadership and coaching team spent three full attending the Region 4/5 USA Gymnastics Congress in Lombard, Illinois.

Throughout the weekend, they immersed themselves in educational sessions, collaborated with industry leaders, explored new ideas, and expanded their coaching toolboxes — all with one goal in mind:

✨ To continue providing the very best experience possible for our Olympia families and athletes.

At Olympia, we believe that great programs start with great people. Continuous learning, growth, and innovation are what allow us to remain leaders in our sport and create a positive impact that extends far beyond gymnastics.
