Another Honda 120 ran without oil. They make it about 10 laps - they don’t blow up. They just lock up. They smoke the rod and usually the crank. Still cheaper to fix than buying a new engine. The crank is $69 and the rod is $35, and labor is a bit more.

Never had a customer do it twice. Once is lesson enough.

It’s tech Tuesday and sometimes low tech is high tech. We care about your engine. Every engine is sealed with caps and plugs to make sure nothing gets in it. (NO OLD RAG in the exhaust port) then it is sealed in a plastic bag. When placed in the thick box it has an extra bottom so the engine does not go through. Then is it surrounded by corrugated cardboard so the engine is sitting like an egg in the middle. All your old parts are separated into what you need and what is garbage and sealed in plastic bags. Then the detailed line item invoice is in the box with the spec sheets and instruction pages. The box is stapled on the bottom and taped on the top so you can reuse it.

None of this is by accident. Everything is thought out and done better than any other builder. If you think that is good you should see what the inside of the engine looks like.

This is not done in 5 min, it takes time to make stuff nice. This box will take a throw off the truck, I am not saying we have a one hundred percent nothing ever broken but this is as good as it gets.
