International Tech Trips are coming to an end this weekend!!

Just some of the cylinders from the past 4 weeks of diving!

It’s been an incredible time with our groups from Europe showing them the wrecks that are part of the NOAA's Wisconsin Shipwreck Coast National Marine Sanctuary!

Over the past two weeks we welcomed our first international group of divers from Europe! Needless to say they had a blast diving many shipwrecks throughout NOAA's Wisconsin Shipwreck Coast National Marine Sanctuary!

We have a second group here currently and they are just getting started!

We look forward to more trips like this in the years to come! Thank you ProTek Adventures for coming to dive with us on Lake Michigan!

Upcoming for NOAA's Wisconsin Shipwreck Coast National Marine Sanctuary!

August 2-12, a research team will explore and document a collection of nationally significant shipwrecks in the deep waters (130-480 feet) of NOAA's Wisconsin Shipwreck Coast National Marine Sanctuary in Lake Michigan. They will use a hybrid autonomous underwater vehicle/remotely operated vehicle (AUV/ROV) equipped with novel acoustic, imaging, and laser scanning sensors, and develop new archaeological methods to capitalize on the efficiencies of autonomous and uncrewed vehicles.
