YOGA FUNDAMENTALS

We often get asked what the best class is for a beginner!

Which is *most* of the reason we created our Yoga Fundamentals class.

It is a comfortable environment that starts with discussion, getting to know the students in attendance, asking and answering questions, and then some movement to FEEL the yoga in your body.

This summer, our Fundamentals classes are scheduled for the following:
Saturday, June 13 @ 1030am in Sheboygan
Saturday, July 25 @ 1030am in Sheboygan
Sunday, August 9 at 1030am in Elkhart Lake

Sara will answer your questions, make you feel at home, and likely make you laugh. All you have to do is show up!

Reminder, this class doesn’t have to be just for the beginner. If you have been coming for a while and still feel like you have questions or would like to spend some time on the fundamentals, this class is ALSO for you.

Tomorrow in Elkhart Lake!

This is a new offering in my schedule that starts tomorrow 6/8 at 6:45pm Elevate Yoga LLC.

It only took this go-go-go farm girl 29 years of yoga practice to discover the depth of peace restorative yoga can create. I am so in love with this style of yoga and I am passionate about leading others into a state of repose. Don't wait to discover its power.

Mindfulness Meditation & Dharma Talk

An opportunity for practitioners to explore the Inner Limbs of Yoga (Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi) through the application of Mindfulness Meditation.

Beginners and seasoned practitioners alike will benefit from this community sit led by experienced Dharma Practitioner and Meditation Teacher Michael Stearns .meditation

Michael will also offer a brief Dharma Talk following the Meditation Practice, with the opportunity for questions and discussion.

Join us for this co-created space of inner exploration.
