Whitetail Bowhunters

Whitetail Bowhunters Whitetail Bowhunters is an Archery Club with members of all ages and skill level. All shoots are hosted on our beautiful wooded lot with 3-D Animal targets.

We hold Shoots, Events and Tournaments for the public along with Summer and Winter leagues. Whitetail Bowhunters includes an outdoor practice range out to 80 yards and an official NFAA course. Whitetail Bowhunters also has both an outdoor broadhead and paper target course spanning the 40 acre lot that also inclues two elevated wood stands. The indoor facilities has a commons area with two televisi

ons, full kitchen and bar area, where the club meetings and events are held. Attached is a fully functional indoor archery range that ranges out to 20 yards. All of the Whitetail Bowhunters facilities are 100% members use only, with the exception of leagues and WTBH public functions. Our Mission: Whitetail Bowhunters was founded with the purpose to create a place where all archery enthusiasts can come to practice, compete, educate and learn the sport of archery and bowhunting, with an interactive environment that's soul purpose is to promote conservation in our community.

Thank you to those of you who took part in our shoot not only this weekend, but throughout the season. We hope you enjoyed not only our 3-D shoots but our indoor and outdoor leagues and our annual brat fry.
Things will be quiet at the club with hunting season approaching, but rest assured we are already planning for 2027, with things kicking off in January. So stay tuned!!
In the meantime, if you liked being at our club as a guest and would like to become a member and see how great membership is, feel free to let us know here, and one of us will be glad to help you along!!

This weekend is our last tournament of the year. While this shoot is named after a member Dave Steiner who devoted much his life to our club and its success, this shoot is also known to be the "warm up" shoot just before the archery season kicks off in 3 weeks.
This is a great opportunity to tune em up, tune em down, or whatever you need to do to get ready for the season. It's also a great opportunity if you decide to visit the club this weekend to see what being part of our organization is all about. If you have never been part of a club before, love bowhunting or target archery, talk to one of the members there and see what we have to offer. We are always looking for new members with new ideas to expand not only our club but the sport overall

Started working on my recurve/instinctive shooting today at our indoor range today. I had some pretty good shots, albeit 10 yards, and other shots that tended to hit high left. Clearly I need work. But it was a total joy to shoot. I am hoping to get together with some of the instinctive shooters a bit more to coach me along
