Friday night:

It was definitely an eventful day... 2:30 we stepped back and pretty much called it quits and werent gonna make it. Did a little research and somehow got it fixed and ready to go last minute.

We ran the heat of my career. Threw it on top and came home with my first win in my 4 years of racing!

Feature we ran up to fourth and messed up on the restart and ended up coming home 8th. Still a solid night.

Kinda watching the weather. I am contemplating 141 tonight as well, but not 100% sure yet.

We figured out our issue last minute.

UPDATE: With a little redneck enginuity we were able to get it fixed in the car. We WILL be racing as long as everything else keeps going our way

Well, not the news we wanted to share.

We had the oil pressure issue in our motor. We took it back by Mark and he wasn't gonna have parts in time.

We were gonna borrow a crate motor from Brad Buckman Racing. We got it all in and we were getting ready to start it and we found something that will not let us race it.

So with that being said we will be watching from the stands tonight.

Saturday recap:

Heat: Car was fast and very happy. I was a little bit nervous not knowing what it was gonna do with the borrowed rear shocks after bending my 2 Thursday.

Feature: Started 4th, ran 4th for a couple laps and then got a little tight and jumped the cushion and just fell back from there. Got back into a rhythm about half way through but wasn't able to do anything with it.

Came off the track with no oil pressure so now we get to pull the motor and hope nothing too major went wrong inside.

After the A mod adventure we got the car back and ready to roll for Plymouth Dirt Track Racing again tonight. Just gotta hope this pop up rain doesn't dump too much.

Thanks to Justin Green Racing again for the quick turn around.

Definitely an eventful night...

Heat: Car was really good, just hit a dry spot and went around. Got it going again but got a caution for someone else. Ended up finishing where I started.

B main: Car was amazing! Did everything I could have asked for until someone lost it next to me. I jumped his front tire and cant still cant believe I didnt roll it over. Bent some stuff in the back of the car but should be able to have it back for Saturday.

Unfortunately fixing it involves taking it to Justin Green Racing and Vision Chassis to get some bars replaced but nothing impossible.

If anyone has a video of this race please send it over! I wanna see what happened from the outside of the car. 🤣 🤣 🤣
