Today's championship win is a testament to the team's perseverance and skill. After a tough start, the ladies regrouped and dominated the remainder of the day, finishing 3-1 overall. The performances of #5 Holly Gilbert and #9 Carly Bibb earned them MVP recognition. The team's bats were on fire, with multiple triples, doubles, and an in-park home run by #4 Kaycee Lemon, which would have cleared the outfield fences had they been playing with standard outfield nets. Despite facing challenges such as a short roster, questionable calls, and injuries, the team remained focused and driven. We cannot overstate our pride in each player's accomplishments and are excited to see what the future holds.
