Is your gymnast working hard to master their pullover or back hip circle? We have a dedicated 1-hour Skill Clinic this Saturday from 1:30-2:30PM to give them the focused practice they need!

The pullover is one of the most important milestones on bars—it's the foundation skill athletes need just to get up onto the bar. Because it demands so much upper-body and core strength, having extra dedicated time makes all the difference in building confidence and technique.

Pinnacle’s very first Level 2 team got their team backpacks this week! They might look like they could fit inside them, but don’t let the size fool you—these young gymnasts are small, mighty, and ready to take on the season! 🤸‍♀️🔥

Happy to all our amazing gymnasts using their minds and muscles to reach their goals!

Here is how gymnastics trains young minds:
🔹 Focus & Memory: Memorizing body positions and routine sequences.
🔹 Spatial Awareness: Knowing where your body is in the air.
🔹 Resilience: Learning to try again after a fall.
