Well our season is no better than before. After getting the car back together we headed to Southern Oklahoma Speedway.

Hot laps was just feeling the car out but went well.

Heat race
Started 2nd and had 3 cautions before even making it out of turn 4 when on the forth go I entered a little too high and looped the car around in the marbles and got tagged by another car.

Unfortunate that we put all the work in just end up back in square one.

It’s Logan’s LAST Senior Sunday! Not sure where the years went but they flew by! He does have a few more Sprint Cars races on his summer schedule before heading off to Stillwater!

Well not exactly how we wanted to start the season…

Short recap:
Headed south to KENNEDALE SPEEDWAY PARK for the first race of our season.🏁

Hot laps

Hotlaps went well as it was the first time really shaking the car down.

Heat race

Started 2nd and a slow start had me back to 3rd and I finished there running some competitive lap times!

Feature
Started 14th on a very rough and technical track. After a first lap red flag I was up 2-3 spots from the green when after trying to get to the bottom the car in front of me checked up more then I expected. I got hard on the brakes causing me to bike the car up twice and by the time I set it back town I was already in the wall.

Unfortunate end to our night as we had some good speed and I was feeling very comfortable and confident in the car. The frame is in need of a front clip and the front axel other components are broke or bent. This will side line the 48L for the near future.
