🏊 Lifeguard Needed! 🏊
The TRI913 Youth Triathlon Team is looking for a lifeguard to join them at their indoor swim practices this summer! 🌟
📅 Tuesdays - 6/2-8/4, 3:45-6:15pm
📍 Shawnee Mission South High School Indoor Pool
✅ Requirements:
• Age 16 or older
• American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification

Today we celebrate the incredible planet that gives us our favorite playground—Shawnee Mission Park. From early‑morning training sessions to miles of beautiful trails, our race thrives because of the natural spaces we’re lucky to enjoy.
Earth Day is a great reminder that every athlete can make a difference.
Here are a few simple ways we can protect the park we love:
• Reduce waste by bringing reusable water bottles
• Stay on designated trails to protect wildlife habitats
• Keep our park clean—pack it in, pack it out
• Carpool or bike to training sessions when possible
