Today 2AUG2018 The Dockrey Fields building and concession was burglarized. Extensive damage was caused to the electrical including the removal of the copper wiring to the lighting system. This has effectively disabled the lights and at this time there is no estimated time frame for repair.
The City of Shawnee and the YMCA are looking into the issue.

If anyone has information that can lead to suspect information please contact the Shawnee Police Department.

Adult Softball Coaches Meeting is tonight at 6:30pm at the Y. Coaches, please make sure a representative from your team is present.

We have made some changes to our format.

We are USSSA. New umpires starting this year- which will be USSSA certified.

Spring League fees:

Men’s on Tuesdays - $400 entry 14 games, plus double elimination post season.
***** first place - 12 Spot-Sub Jerseys from OA Apparel *******

Coed on Fridays - $400 entry 14 games, plus double elimination post season.
***** first place - 12 Spot-Sub Jerseys from OA Apparel *******

Each team will pay the Umpire $10 at the plate per game. (Breaks down to $1.00 per player on your team).
(Post season is not included).

For each league that has 10 or more teams - a drawing for 12 spot sub jerseys - donated by by the Dockrey Softball Sports Complex Committee.

Team Entry $400 with 12 games.
Coaches meeting will be on the 12th April 2018 at 7:00 pm.
* All fees must be paid at the meeting or before.
Games will start on the 16th April.
