✨ 31 today! ✨
3.5 years running Ivory’s Tumble & Cheer and honestly, I’m still amazed by how far we’ve come!

2025 is all about growth, grit, and grace plus a ton of learning curves!

What people don’t always see is it’s more than just being their coach. You’re also a counselor, a friend, and sometimes their biggest supporter. It means learning how each athlete thinks before you even teach the skill. Adapting your coaching style so they actually receive the lesson the way they need to.
And it’s funny… individuals are often quicker to judge or point out what you’re doing wrong than to hand you your flowers.

To all the entrepreneurs: you’re going to have flaws. Use those thorns to prick out the negativity and keep yourself watered. You’re blooming, girl — and they see it. 💐

Not every season is easy, but every season has purpose. Watching my athletes step into their strength has been everything… and realizing they’re watching me grow too? That’s the full circle moment 🥹

Here’s to keeping it real and pushing forward. Thanks for being part of this journey.
