Night 1 is in the books for our U6 and U8 players! ⚽

We loved seeing our youngest players take the field last night learning, laughing, making new friends, and starting their soccer season together.

Thank you to our coaches, families, and volunteers for helping make the first night a great one.

A quick Labor Day weekend reminder: There are no games tomorrow. Practices will resume normally next week unless your coach shares a different plan with your team.

Enjoy the holiday weekend, and we will see everyone back at the fields next weekend when games resume! 💛

Team picture information is here! ⚽

As promised, we are sharing the picture ordering form and the schedule for each team’s picture time.

Please review both images carefully so you know when your team is scheduled and how to place your order. Families should plan to arrive a few minutes early and have players ready in their soccer uniform.

Team pictures will take place on September 8 and 10. Please save your team’s scheduled time and watch for any additional updates through SportsYou or Facebook.

Families, please check SportsYou tonight for your game time, field location, and any updates from your coach.

We also still need a few volunteers in concessions. If your team has been asked to help, please connect with your coach today so every shift is covered before game day.

Concessions only stay open when families cover their team’s assigned shifts. ⚽

Every team is assigned concessions times throughout the season. These shifts are a parent and family responsibility, and they are what allow the concession stand to stay open and operational on game days.

If we do not have enough volunteers for a shift, we cannot open the stand for that time.

For this Saturday, the Abby Bank team still needs two parent volunteers to cover its assigned concessions shift.

First game day is in the books! 💛⚽

Thank you to every player who stepped onto the field, every coach who gave their time, every volunteer who helped, and every family who came out to cheer.

From first touches and big saves to teamwork, encouragement, and plenty of high-fives, today was a great start to the season. We are proud of all of our Shawano Soccer players.
