Back Mountain Revolution

Back Mountain Revolution The Back Mountain's first and ONLY Real Ryder cycling studio. Indoor cycling that allows you to simulate an outdoor ride!

Back Mountain Revolution brings a whole new workout to the indoor cycling RYDE! RealRyder bikes allow you engage your entire body in a cycling class like you’ve never experienced before. Allowing you to work different muscles and bur

n more calories than in a traditional class! About Real Ryder:

Until now, the dynamic of indoor cycling has essentially been limited to pedaling faster or slower. The RealRyder Indoor Cycle adds a whole new range of motion to keep the mind more engaged and the body more active. The RealRyder Indoor Cycle has a unique, articulating frame that allows it to steer, turn and feel like a road bike. The side to side motion requires constant shifts of balance -- continuous adjustments and corrections that corresponds to a rider's movements on the road while encountering wind shifts, obstacles and banked and curving surfaces.

It has been about three months since our last class and we know a lot can change in that time, for better or worse. Quarintine was either an excuse to work harder or an excuse to work less.

We understand quarintine may have set some of us back. ⬅️

We understand that for some of us it's like starting all over again. ▶️

We understand that the come-back needs to be greater than the set-back. 🔥💯

Things may be different for each of us 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️. You may be out of breath more, your flat road may be lighter than it used to be, and you may get tired sooner.

Regardless, BMR will be here to support you and help achieve your goals 🤜🤛. All you need to do is make the decesion. ☝️

🗣🗣We are thrilled to announce that classes will begin MONDAY JULY 6 @ 5:45am! 🎉🎊

Megan and Danae are back at the gym prepping for our reopening! As we transition back to the gym we will have procedures in place to keep you safe ✔and strong 💪. Don't hesitate to message us with any questions you may have. We look forward to seeing you 💞
