Back Mountain Trail Games *test run*
Starting Doc Kleins Chiropractic at noon this Sunday 10/27. There will be a variety of different strength and endurance challenges that can be modified for each individual but there will be a steep climb up the hill behind the office to the trail. There will be a rope to assist each person up and down but this may not be the best event for folks with knee and back issues. DM if you’re interested, no charge. We should be done by 1:30pm at the latest. Bring good shoes, water and workout gloves if you got em or your favorite kettlebell if you’re sentimental.
