What the HELL??? Covid has really destroyed Food, Fitness and Fun. It’s Time to get back to living this life to the fullest and today is the best day to step up and enjoy your life and make HEALTH as the number one priority!
I was actually quite happy that I got Covid and Breezed through it with no problems. I attribute my bodies immune system to killing the Covid Virus because I was maintaining a healthy Body and eating the best nutrition for the body.
I highly recommend everyone read the Book by Dr John Jaquish- Weight Lifting is a waste of Time. It demonstrates how resistance band training will deliver 3 Times the results of lifting weights in 1/4 of the time put in. Also scientific research of the best nutrition to put in your Body!
As a former College and Pro football player I have tried EVERY new fangeled “workout “ that you can imagine and I was extremely skeptical about Dr Jaquish’s method and madness. But let me tell you I am In 100 percent and it’s all about RESULTS. My workouts only take 15-20 minutes per day and I’m more pumped than any weight workout I have done. And that includes 6 sets of 10 reps with 275 lbs on Bench at 58 years old. That is super dangerous and a pounding on your joints. I’m 60 now, using the X3-Bar System for 4 months, and I feel better and stronger now than ever.
Now let me tell you I have ZERO Money in this business. I don’t get paid by Dr Jaquish or his business, or any business associated with anything to do with Dr Jaquish.
IT IS ALL ABOUT RESULTS. If you want the same results. Be Good to yourself. Treat yourself like the King or Queen you are. No one else is going to take care of your body but you. If you take care of your body, it will take care of you. Do yourself a FAVOR!

2 day rest from the weekend and back at lifting Monday morning same routine as below which is the base maintenance program. Protein, greens and lemon water x 4 for the day. Bike tomorrow 24 miles. Go get it.

A Day By Dave is BACK! After moving in California and then moving again to Texas and then having a baby girl, 2 plus years later.... Dave is back. Actually started back with weights, nice and slow a couple months ago. MWF weights and TThS cardio. Today weights 5 sets of 20 reps @225 # Bench, 5 sets 10reps 170 # lat pull down, 3 sets 10 reps 60 # incline dumbell, 3 sets 10 seated row 170 #, 3 sets of 12 Pec deck 150 #, 3 sets 12 shoulder press at 80 #, 3 sets 10 tricep extension 90 #, 3 sets 10 arm curls 35 #, 75 leg lifts, 75 dips. Time for protein, nutrition, rest, recovery and Hit it tomorrow. That is no typo!!! 5 sets of 20 with 225 on the bench. BOOM, the Passion is back
