My goal at Baseball with Zook is to give every athlete I work with the tools and opportunity to play and succeed in the game of baseball at the highest level their talent allows, teaching baseball fundamentals and high-level baseball skills combined with a p

ositive professional mental approach designed to help athletes eliminate bad days and maximize potential. This is done from a background of not only playing as high as the professional independent league level, but also from an academic background based in biomechanical analysis and sport psychology. My focus is on biomechanical efficiency coupled with mental skills proven to help athletes of all skill levels reach their potential. Skill development and working through the process and preparation necessary to maximize potential are key points in our curriculum. This is all geared to increasing not only personal achievement, but also enjoyment of the game.

Congratulations to the NorCal Nationals program on winning Medford's 2021 Turkey Slam youth baseball tournament 11u division. 4-0 with 4 complete games pitched. Combined score of 45-12. It was an honor to coach such gifted athletes this season.
