Yoga 1 with Abbey - Putting foundations to work....for beginners that want an athletic approach to yoga. Yoga 2 with Ron - Working the Primary Series
Yoga 2.5 with Abbey - Inversions, arm balances, and work on the standing balances. Yoga 3 with Abbey - “Cats”....linking pranayama and movement to deepen the experience yoga and lead into meditation. Back bending techniques and inversions will also b

e a part of the curriculum. Chair Yoga with Tim/Ron - All exercises in these sessions are done sitting on a chair or standing. This course works on learning the basics of yoga and improving mindfulness, core strength, range of motion, and balance. You will be encouraged to set personal goals and to work on your own between classes. Foundations with Abbey - combines foundational movement with Yoga principles to unlock neural muscular movement patterns, restore function, and increase flexibility, balance, brain function, and coordination.

The Walnut Lodge is producing Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer’s Night Dream” June 25 - 28 at Buhl Park. We are holding auditions for people ages 16 and up on Saturday May 2 starting at 2Pm.
