Kicking off the new year with some exciting news!

I’m pumped to welcome Hannah Reyes to the team as we head into 2026.

Hannah is an experienced coach who truly practices what she preaches. In addition to personal training and nutrition coaching, she holds qualifications to work with pregnant and postpartum mothers.

She also owns S.L.A.M., a local group fitness program for moms, has served in the military, and works even harder as a mother. Her approach to training - and life in general - aligns perfectly with what we do here.

Shoutout to my friend and client - now a WORLD CHAMPION! 🥇

Steve brought home the gold medal this week at the World Senior Games in Utah, competing against athletes from 30 countries and over 12,000 participants.

An incredible achievement and a powerful reminder of what’s possible when you take care of your body, stay disciplined, and never stop competing.

Congrats, Steve! 👏🏆

Consistently eating properly and performing cardio is the key to making the changes that most people are waiting to see in the mirror.

Just wanted to hop on here to brag on one of my clients. I’ve been working with Chelsie for a little more than 3 months now and she looks a little different every time I see her.

Down 40lbs and counting!!!

Chelsie is working hard to make it happen and it’s paying off. She’s super consistent with her diet, gets her steps in every day, and gets her lifts in (all while working multiple jobs). Keep grinding Chelsie! 💪🏻

When you get older, you WILL have pain. There’s nothing you can do to completely stop it. However, you can work to mitigate that pain. It comes down to this: you can choose to be strong and have pain OR you can be weak and have pain. Resistance training is the most valuable anti-aging technique that a human being can implement. Strength training has been demonstrated to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer, mortality, sarcopenia & improve metobolic health, bone health, body composition, & quality of life. Weightlifting isn’t just for bodybuilders and athletes. Everyone can benefit from getting stronger!
