Closing out Riptober fest with a bang. The Brewers won the World Series and this happened...

New card case is in the building! 😍

The starting 7 will be rotated frequently with this setup. Love the high end design and seeing some of my favorite cards every time a walk into the office!

One more notable pickup from the Canterbury show earlier this month! 🎉

If there's any modern player I'm going to ride or die with, give me Bobby Witt Jr. 🫡

Riptoberfest includes bulk additions to the LoTR project 🤓🧙🏻‍♂️

We are getting close on the movie memorabilia cards, there are a few that are extremely rare that don't pop up often. The Two Towers set specifically has couple with pretty thin odds to pull them.

An LoTR binder update will be coming soon 🧙🏻‍♂️

This card in a PSA 10 slab is currently cheaper than the cost of grading. Mookie likely won't have counting numbers like Freddie or the mega star power of Ohtani and after two down years I'm starting to think he's flying under the radar.

Let's run down the accolades, MVP, 8 time all star, 6 time gold glover, 7 time silver slugger, 4 time World Series champ, Wilson defensive player of the year, a batting title, and one Clemente award as a cherry on top. Also, now that Verlander is retiring, Betts will be 2nd amount active players in bWAR as well. Sitting at a 1st ballot worthy 79.0 bWAR. Good luck finding a better resume on an active player.

Mookie doesn't have a ton of rookies because he was a later call up in June 2014 and sneaking over the rookie threshold that season. Which leads me to believe his rookie cards should perform a little better long term compared to similar caliber players.

Mookie Betts is a generational baseball player. Two lack luster offensive seasons, getting dominated by Milwaukee, and being lost in the shuffle a bit in LA I think will open up some quality buying opportunities!

Coming in at a population of 40, an awesome image, and card design. Not to mention it's the greatest hitter to ever walk the earth... This card has huge upside in the next 6 months and beyond if we have an extended lockout. Even if this one never pops, I'll be happy to have this one in the collection for a long time!

Is there a better feeling in the hobby? 🤔

Let's see if we get some Riptoberfest magic or if '25 Update keeps doing us dirty 🫣🫣🫣

Another one of our favorites from the Canterbury show last Saturday! 🎉

The OG Captain America, as a kid the left side of that Mets infield was one of the most fun to watch in my lifetime.
