Tonight’s Menu: Shrimp tacos topped with bean pico, and Mexican street corn.

Hay Days prep kept us off the river this week, but that’s no excuse to skip a good meal.

We learned a new way to cook corn on the Blackstone and made one of our messiest meals yet, all while working on sleds in the shop. Absolutely worth it.

We’ve been running on fumes these last couple weeks preparing for Hay Days, but that wasn’t going to stop us from squeezing in one more Lake Superior fishing adventure before we headed home. Glad we went.
