It's busy season, so please be aware that walk in service is almost non existent right now.. There's a big chance you need to be prepared to leave your bow and pick it up at a later date when it is done. We have quite the back log of strings to do and as those strings arrive from our builders, those are the first to be done and in the order the bow was dropped off. (So if there's no other customers there when you walk in, that does not mean we do not have a ton of work to do) we will do our best to take care of small issues and get ya fixed up and out the door when possible.
Now is the time if you need something done, get in and get your bow dropped off, the line is not getting and shorter because of the time of the year.
We know everyone wants their work done on the spot but that is not fair to those who have been waiting, so we will 100% go in the order they were dropped off.
Also keep in mind, we will be out of the shop from September 11th thru early October, so thru that timeframe the shop will be sales and orders only.
We will stop taking string orders in time that we can have everyone done before we leave Sept 11th, so that means if you need strings, you need to come get them ordered by August 15th-20th ish. That will be the cut off on ordering strings. (Unless you are ok not getting your bow back til mid October.)
Please, if you need service work or you need new strings this year, get in to the shop asap and get in line so we can get ya taken care of before our elk hunt.
Thanks,
RHA
