Good morning! There are some small schedule changes happening as the seasons change. All are temporary! The Sunday 10:45 all levels yoga returns in August, and the 4pm warm vinyasa returns after Labor Day. Give the Sunday 8am vinyasa or 9:15am kundalini a try/ or head over to the reformer room and dip your toes into one of our three Sunday morning reformer classes!

There are some small schedule changes this week for staff vacations ☀️😎🌞 / for this reason we have added some additional “pop up” classes to make up for it, they are:

Today, Tuesday 11am open level reformer
Thursday 6/25, 7/2 and 7/9 cardio reformer

Almost a year ago, we took a big leap and expanded our little oasis into two spacious studios. What sets our studio apart isn’t the fancy aesthetic—honestly, it’s pretty down to earth and simple here. It’s all about the people in the room and their warmth and dedication.

Everyone greets you when you’re new, not just the teachers but the whole community. You can grow at your own pace, free from competition or judgment. Whether you show up in a trendy outfit or your pajamas, whether you’re 18 or 80, you’ll always find a welcoming space. And we keep showing up 💙
