Twenty-five years ago today, we lost 2,977 people. Firefighters, police officers, and everyday people who ran toward danger instead of away from it.

We remember them, and the families who have carried that loss every day since. Some things you don't move past — you just carry them forward, together.

🥋 Big congrats to Sam on earning his first stripe on the white belt! 🎉

Sam's been training with us just over six months now, and the growth has been obvious every time he's on the mat. He stepped up and competed twice this year, and at his second tournament he took gold. 🥇

That kind of jump, from six months in to standing on top of the podium, doesn't happen by accident. It's a lot of showing up on days he didn't feel like it, and getting back on the mat after every rough round.

Proud to have Sam as part of the Adult Champs program. This is what showing up consistently looks like. 💪

🗓️ Here's the full adult schedule, Monday through Sunday. Mix Gi 🥋 and No-Gi 👕, hit morning ☀️ or evening 🌙 classes depending on what your week looks like, and cap it off with open mat 🤝 on Sunday to roll free-form and put the week's techniques to work.

🔓 Open mat is open to all schools — bring a training partner, come solo, everyone's welcome on the mats.
