As our Fall Youth Training session comes to a close, we wanted to share a few highlights! This was an incredible season with a record number of athletes and the addition of new programming, making it one of our best sessions yet.

Our Winter Youth Training session kicks off Monday, December 29th and runs for 8 weeks through February 22nd. Space is limited and spots fill up quickly, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible. Athletes can choose 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week.

Available Programs:

🏋 Middle School Strength (Ages 11–14)
• Mondays & Wednesdays at 3:30 PM
• Saturdays at 11:15 AM

💪 Elementary School Strength (Ages 7–10)
• Sundays at 10:00 AM & 11:00 AM

🏃 Speed & Agility Training
• Fridays at 4:30 PM & 5:30 PM
• Saturdays at 10:15 AM

💪 Youth Training Highlights of the Week! 💥

Our Middle School athletes have been putting in serious work!
🏋️‍♂️ Regular class — Monday and or Wednesday’s at 3:30 PM
🔥 Private class — Monday and Wednesday’s at 5:15 PM (Full)

💥 Due to high demand, we’ve added a NEW Saturday class at 11:15 AM for Middle School Strength!

🌟 Elementary School Training kicks off tomorrow through Sunday — with 5 class options to fit your schedule!

⚡ Speed & Agility

Youth Training is back starting November 3rd! The schedule will be the same as last Fall/Winter as that worked very well. We are also adding a Middle School age Strength program this year on Monday’s and Wednesday’s.

Elevate your young athlete’s game this Fall/Winter with RWCT’s Strength, Speed & Agility Program run by Head Trainer - Jonathan.

Our Athlete Tailored Workout includes exercises that enhance Overall Strength, Speed, Balance, Rotational Power, Arm Strength, Foot Speed, Explosiveness, and Endurance.

Our classes will be broken up into Speed and Agility days and Strength days. All athletes can attend Speed and Agility days, while the Strength days will be broken up into Middle School and Elementary School programs. The Middle School age group will use weight training to enhance their strength and power, while the Elementary School age group will focus on mastering the fundamentals of bodyweight exercises and plyometrics.

Each Athlete will enhance their performance and gain confidence on and off the field. RWCT is committed to fostering a supportive and disciplined enviornment. Join us and watch your child transform their potential into prowess.

- Ages 7-14 (elementary to 8th grade)
- Each Workout is 60 minutes
- Strength workouts will be on Monday’s and Wednesday’s at 3:30pm for Middle School and Sunday’s at 10 and 11am for Elementary school.
- Speed and Agility will be offered Friday’s at 4pm and 5pm and Saturday’s at 10am, open to all ages 7-14.
- 8 week program begins Monday November 3rd and ends Sunday December 28th.

📣 Major RWCT Announcement 📢

This past weekend, three of our coaches and five of our members proudly represented RWCT at the Hyrox race in Boston. We couldn’t be prouder of their hard work and dedication! Congratulations to:

What’s Next:

• Chicago (Nov 12–14): A few of our athletes will compete.

• New York City (May): The majority of our team will take on this race, plus many new team members.

• RWCT Hyrox Fitness Test (Sat, Nov 1 | 8:30 AM): Open to all members and anyone looking to experience RWCT or Hyrox. This event is a great way to test your current fitness level, experience Hyrox firsthand, and receive an appropriate placement for your first official race.

What this means for you:
• More Hyrox branding and events designed for both new and current members.
