As our Fall Youth Training session comes to a close, we wanted to share a few highlights! This was an incredible season with a record number of athletes and the addition of new programming, making it one of our best sessions yet.
Our Winter Youth Training session kicks off Monday, December 29th and runs for 8 weeks through February 22nd. Space is limited and spots fill up quickly, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible. Athletes can choose 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week.

Available Programs:
🏋 Middle School Strength (Ages 11–14)
• Mondays & Wednesdays at 3:30 PM
• Saturdays at 11:15 AM
💪 Elementary School Strength (Ages 7–10)
• Sundays at 10:00 AM & 11:00 AM
🏃 Speed & Agility Training
• Fridays at 4:30 PM & 5:30 PM
• Saturdays at 10:15 AM
