Made the trip to Smoky Mountain Speedway for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series Mountain Moonshine Classic Friday and Saturday for our first two super races of the year. Friday night we missed our mark in Qualifying and missed the race by two spots. Saturday night we qualified 11th in group B and made the race in the 3rd and final transfer spot locking us in for the $30,000 feature race! Pulled off on lap 35/60 ultimately leading to us finishing 21st for the night. Got a lot of good notes and very happy to make our first Lucas Oil race and compete against some of the best!
