Well it was Addilee's first real hunt! She was so excited and walked all the way up on the ridge! Not to shabby for a 5 year old... It was short lived and her mind drifted to Disney princess and so the focus of the hunt did too. When it comes to hunting with kids, be super patient! You have a lifetime to grow the love of the outdoors in them. Dont expect a copy of yourself on the first trip. Just enjoy the moment, the constant movement, and the 1000 questions about nothing. Remember to thank God for the blessing!
