What a beautiful way to end our season together last Tuesday 5/5💙🐾
Our showcase and awards night was filled with so many smiles, memories, laughter, and proud moments. Watching these athletes perform one last time and celebrating all of their hard work this season truly filled my heart. 🥹
Thank you to all of our amazing families for the thoughtful gifts, kind words, and all the yummy food! Your love and support mean more than you know and help make this cheer family so special.
Seymour, thank you for an unforgettable season. 💙✨

As a coach, it’s hard to put into words what this season has meant to me. 💙
I’ve watched these athletes walk into practice tired, frustrated, nervous, and sometimes doubting themselves — and I’ve watched them keep showing up anyway. I’ve seen the tears, the hard lessons, the little victories, and the moments when everything finally clicked.

Now that competition season is coming to an end, I couldn’t be more proud. Division 1 placed 3rd, Division 2 placed 3rd, and Division 3 placed 6th. But more than placements, I’m proud of the heart they carried onto that mat every single time.

They grew as athletes, but even more importantly, they grew as teammates, leaders, and young people. That is what I’ll carry with me long after the scores are forgotten.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey. Coaching you has been one of the greatest blessings of this season. I’m proud of every single one of you, and I hope you know just how much this team means to me. 💫

Competition weekend is almost here and I can feel the energy already!! 💥✨

All the long practices, corrections, early mornings, and late nights are about to pay off. I’m beyond excited to watch these athletes step onto that mat and show everyone what they’ve been working so hard for. It’s not just about routines—it’s about heart, growth, and leaving it ALL out there.

No matter what happens, I’m proud of each and every one of them. Now let’s go hit that mat with confidence, power, and a whole lot of attitude 💪🔥

❄️🐆Final Practice = LOCKED IN 4/28 🐆❄️
Last night was our final practice before State, and WOW… Seymour came in READY. 🔥 Focused, fierce, confident, and determined from start to finish. The energy in that room was incredible, and you can truly feel how excited these athletes are for this weekend.

At this point, the hard work has been done — now it’s time to go out there, trust themselves, and shine. I am beyond proud of this team and honestly just SO excited to watch them absolutely KILL IT this weekend in Nashville! 💙🐾
