I have made a decision that was very hard, but after the year I have had I need more off time to enjoy life. I will NOT be returning to teach evening classes! I will truly miss all my students most of you have become friends. Some of you have been taking my classes for 15 Years! THANK YOU to all my students for your support and motivation though all these years!
I will be focusing on SilverSneakers classes for now. I don’t think my body could go back to the crazy 10 classes a day schedule so I had to make a decision. I hope you all find a new inspirational instructor! I will miss you all!

Wanted to update everyone about fitness classes. I will not be starting back in person classes at Bethel Park Community Center or Ohio Twp Nature until January at the earliest. No date set yet for Westminster church or Cool Springs. However I am planning on outdoor classes starting in September at South Park and Ohio Twp park. I am starting live online classes back up next week, I will post my schedule once I get it figured out. I will be back filming Belly Dance classes this week so we can finish our dance! SilverSneakers videos will resume and starting next week we will begin our live weekly class.
All information will be sent in my weekly newsletter so if you are not on my newsletter list just message me your email.
