Friday
12pm: Adult/High School Open Mat

5:15pm: Kids Wrestling (3-7yrs)

6pm: Youth Wrestling (8yrs+) & Kids Open Mat

Saturday
9am: Youth Strength & Conditioning (5yrs+)

10am: Gymnastics for Athletes (6yrs+)

11am: Adult/High School Open Mat
