Helping runners, golfers and lifters eliminate lower back pain
with an asymmetrical approach restoring rotation 🏌️🏋️‍♂️🏃‍♂️

DM “PAIN” to learn the Rotate2Go Method

09/14/2026

Runners and lifters—does it feel like your body is starting to break down?

More stiffness. More aches. Less mobility. And the things you love doing are getting harder.

Don’t just train harder. Figure out what your body is missing.

A full movement assessment can uncover where you’ve lost mobility, rotation, and proper movement—and where your body has started compensating.

Once you know the problem, you have a roadmap to rebuild.

Assess → Restore Mobility → Rebuild Movement → Strengthen

The goal isn’t just to feel better today.

It’s to keep running, lifting, and doing what you love for years to come.

DM “ASSESSMENT” to get started.

Runners who deal with pain need to enter the weight room with an individualized plan.

The goal isn’t just to get stronger.

Running is repetitive. Over thousands of strides, your body can develop movement patterns, stiffness, and side-to-side differences that may eventually affect how you move and perform.

Your strength program should help you:

• Restore lost mobility
• Improve your ability to rotate
• Address your individual movement limitations
• Build strength in better positions
• Create a more resilient body for running

Don’t just lift to get stronger. Train to become a better runner.

Assess. Restore. Repattern. Strengthen. Run for longevity.

DM “RUN” for a free assessment.

Preserve your ability to run 4 life. Rotate2run.com

Here are the steps I use to preserve my ability to stay active for the rest of my life:

1. Get assessed — Find out where you’ve lost mobility and what patterns your body has developed.
2. Use the ground to open space — Restore motion and create better options through the feet, hips, pelvis, and ribcage.
3. Stand up and own your center of mass — Learn to control your body in an efficient position against gravity.
4. Repattern your muscles — Teach your body to use the new range of motion instead of falling back into old compensations.
5. Rotate — Restore the rotation your body needs to walk, run, lift, and perform.

Assess → Open Space → Own Your Center → Repattern → Rotate

Don’t just train for today. Train so you can stay active for life.

Get an assessment and find out where your body is getting stuck.

Preserve your right to workout and run during the second half of your life. We do not have to live through pain. We need to undo the compression that sunk in throughout the first half of our life.

Muscle imbalances aren’t random.

Your body naturally has a dominant side—and for many of us, that means we develop predictable patterns over time.

You’re not going to eliminate dominance. The goal is to learn how to manage it.

Understand where you get stuck.
Restore the mobility and rotation you’ve lost.
Strengthen the positions you’re missing.

Once you understand your body’s patterns, you have a roadmap to manage them for life.

Move better. Stay balanced. Keep doing what you love.

Running is repetitive—and it can be rough on your joints, especially when your body lacks genuine range of motion.

When your feet, hips, pelvis, and ribcage stop moving the way they should, your body has to compensate somewhere else. Over thousands of steps, those compensations can turn into pain.

Don’t just chase the pain. Find the tightness and movement restrictions creating it.

Restore mobility.
Restore rotation.
Build strength through that new range.
Run for life. 🏃‍♂️💪

Yes — foot first makes the sequence stronger:

Foot → Hip → Ribcage → Rotation → Strength → Run

The foot gives you the first roadmap. It needs to pronate to accept load and supinate to push off. If the foot can’t move well, the hip and ribcage often lose the rotation they need, and the body starts compensating somewhere else.

For runners: restore the foot first, then improve hip and ribcage mobility, then strengthen the new movement pattern.

Running for life takes consistency—not just with your miles, but with keeping your body mobile, rotational, and strong. The better you maintain movement, the better chance you have to keep running for years to come.
