In 1996, we were just three moms, taking our daughters to dance class and watching them grow with each movement. We had a vision for a dance studio not owned by dancers or teachers, but owned and managed by parents. Now, over twenty years later, our girls are all grown up, but we are still here managing DanceSations Studio of Performing Arts for your children, like they are our own. As full-time d

irectors at DanceSations, we hand-select each and every instructor based on education, experience and skill. We are also a constant presence at the studio so that we can watch our instructors interact with the children, answer questions from parents, and listen to feedback. Our goal is to provide a family-friendly environment, with the very best of dance instruction so that your children can confidently tap, turn, and leap into a successful adulthood, in whatever life path they choose.

What will you miss the most about DanceSations: The thing I’ll miss most about DanceSations is dancing on stage with everyone and hearing all the cheers!

What is your favorite memory from Competition / or the studio: My favorite memory from competition is winning the 13 and over highest scoring group dance for Breaking Point at Breakout!

What advice would you give to younger dancers: My advice for younger dancers is don’t be too hard on yourself and let yourself try new things! Enjoy every moment and don’t take these days for granted because time goes by fast!

What will you miss the most about DanceSations: The thing I’ll miss most about DanceSations is huddling backstage with my dance family.

What is your favorite memory from Competition / or the studio: My favorite memory from the studio is the big circle we make at recital of all dancers and teachers before the shows.

What advice would you give to younger dancers: My advice for younger dancers is dance can be or feel judgmental towards you as a person sometimes, don’t let that get in the way of the passion and your love of dance. Also, work hard even when no one is watching.
